Posting for my TENACIOUS JUNGLE TIGERS - Jungle ABC's of Me:
A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push? -- Absolutely! I love a challenge and competing with myself and others.
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? -- I was in 2 previous BLC rounds in the Soaring Scarlet Phoenix team. Then I took a break; but, am back now and ready to ROAR!
C is for CHILDREN...you have? -- We have one grown son and 2 fabulous grandkids.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? -- Late night snacks.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? -- Night owl here. Would like to transition to an early bird, but not yet. :)
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? -- We've had as many as 4 dogs and 3 cats at one time; but, now we have one of each (which seems like a great number). Rufus is my lovable English bulldog and Casey is our sweet cat.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? -- Fresh fruits always, salad veggies, turkey breast for the crockpot, beans and more beans, and so on.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? -- Southwest Ohio. I was born here and stayed. Lots of family here.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? -- Different role models for different situations. My hubby for work ethic, my Mom for love and caring of others, my best friend for selflessness, my younger self for fitness goals.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? -- Best job ever; I work for SparkPeople in customer support. Before that, I retired as a solution architect for a software company.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? -- Quick elliptical workout is great.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? -- I always track Fitness (using the Spark Activity Tracker helps) and I go on streaks of using the Nutrition Tracker.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? -- Married to a great guy for 31 years.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? -- It's the combination of 2 of my cats names (Sheena and Dee Dee).
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? -- about 80.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? -- 3 to 5 servings most days.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? -- "I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do."

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? -- 5 days per week. 30-60 mins on 4 days and 2 hours (long walk) once per week.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? -- 5' 8"
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? -- Eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? -- Playing cards/games with friend, swimming in summer, reading any time.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? -- I'd like to visit all 50 States. Would like to visit Italy again.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? -- Not currently; would like to get back to doing that during this challenge.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? -- Get back to regular strength training routine, improve my snack habits, enjoy meeting new Spark friends and sharing some motivation / inspiration.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? -- No dwelling here.
