Goals from April 27 to May 3

May Is posture Month at the Buddy System so I will definitely be working on that !
I will be writing more about that for our team members to read if they wish later on !
1 To pre-plan my meals as much as possible , even if its in my head !
2. To budget my time better .A problem that has been a thorn in my side forever !
3. DRINK MORE WATER ! When I dont get enough water I get dehydrated ! I have been hospitalized in the past for that very reason so its VERY important to remember to stay hydrated . I get brain fog . emotional not to mention crabby and forgetful and also hungrier ! Water is my friend, Repeat Water is my friend
I think it was because of lack of water this week I wore two different earrings to work and also put the I can not believe its not butter spray in the bathroom right next to my Oil of Olay day spray on cream ! Thank God I didnt spray my face but then who knows I might have come up with a new wrinkle cure ! lol
