Hello! Just another check in I weighed myself yesterday at 216.2 yeay! Down a pound again! Not as great as I hoped over the past two weeks but an improvement overall
New three goals is one, lose at least another pound by my next two week visit, two is to plan my breakfast and lunches so I can get better at planning meals, and three is when I get a sugar craving I drink chocolate milk or the organic fruit rolls..they are so DELICIOUS!
My bike got stolen last week from where I work which really bummed me out but I just got a new one and am getting used to it. I had a mountain bike and now I bought a schwinn city style hybrid bike with the the thinner tires so it's taking me a bit to learn about riding with thin tires. haha.
