May Goal

It's almost May...wow the time sure fly's when your having fun...

Are you having fun....Have you thought about new goals for May?....are you going to challenge yourself?

Have you thought about what small change you can make in your life that will help improve your health? Small changes can add up.....

MY SMALL CHANGES FOR MAY...

I'm going to eat a bit less, instead of 1/2 cup of yogurt for breakfast I'm going to eat 1/3 cup...
I'm going to add more water each day, my goal is 14 glasses a day....
I'm going to add 15 more minutes of exercise each day.....
I'm going to take 15 more minutes a day to mediate ....and to pray for strength to keep moving forward ...
I'm going to start a new list of things I can do now that I could not do last year....

I want to keep moving forward, I am starting my next year with the determination that I had back in 2006.....treating myself with respect and dignity I would give to my best friend....I am my own best friend and cheerleader..... emoticon


SO WHAT WILL YOU DO FOR YOUR SELF THIS MAY???
