Day 3

Sunday, April 27, 2014

Had a great workout this morning, I'm hopeful and excited to keep this going. It's hard work but really it's the only way to get and keep the weight off. Anything worth having, is worth doing what it takes to achieve and maintain. I want to be fit and healthy, I want to enjoy life, not just live. It's been very hard to get back on track, I know 3 days is just a start, just a beginning but I'm going to make every effort to continue in the right direction to become fit and healthy. The challenge will come tomorrow when I need it get up at least 90 minutes earlier just to get my walk in before my grandson is dropped off before school, I'm going to make this my morning routine. Change takes hard work and effort and I'm worth it! Happy Sunday.

Hey there! Everyday I get on to SP and begin with this team, reading and commenting on blogs. I recognize you! I think you're doing a super job, Hon!! emoticon For a year, when I was in the losing mode of this journey, I decided morning workouts were best for me and made it a point to get up at 3 or 4 am, depending on whether I was walking in the park (overseen by my DH) or doing a Spark DVD! I was up before the kock crowed next door! Even though my days are free (I'm retired) I liked getting up this early and making me a priority. It meant missing wonderful cable (LOL) and going to bed early. It worked for me! You can indeed get up 90 minutes early for a workout. I look forward to your next blog! Blessings and emoticon
