1st day back at fitness center

My leg is still swollen and multi colored. So back to the fitness center and lots of upper body cardio on the vmx rope pull . Also a short time on the arc trainer.
Leg is elevated and heat pack back on. Doesn't seem to be more sore. emoticon

    Focus on the upper body, don't overdo it with the let. Let it heal.
