Friday - long day at work followed by evening volunteering at a school carnival. Got a good workout manning my game. Success - I gave away my food tickets so I wouldn't be tempted. I ate an apple and a kashi bar on the way there.
Saturday - SLEEP and rest to catch up from week of not sleeping well, antibiotic, and not feeling great. BAD food day...
Sunday - catching up on all the stuff I didn't get done yesterday, but back on track foodwise.
I will be working an extra half hour each day this week covering for coworker visiting new grandbaby. I needed that extra rest I got yesterday.
