A good week all considered! WooHoo!!

After a week with 2 large meals I ended the week where I started - a good week!
(Easter Sunday and then having to eat out Saturday night.)

Pain levels are stabilizing now - still a rough patch here and there, but overall getting better I think. Taking my Vitamin D and added Tart Cherry for my joints.

Onward and downward!
