I lost 3 pounds this week and walked 21 miles this week, feeling pretty good about that. I have a goal set to walk every day even if it's only a mile. Kept track of food and exercise, those trackers help me quite a bit.
I feel so much better since my last blog, I had weighed and lost a pound, then weighed the day I blogged and gained it plus an extra half pound!! On top of an anxiety attack and feeling overwhelmed I just had a bad few days so today means a lot! On top of the great weigh-in I started the week off with a 3 mile walk!
