Much has been happening. I've been sick but I've also got back on track. I'm six days strong in my recommittment to my healthy lifestyle.
I've gone back to exercising, re-starting Focus T25 on Monday as planned and it has been great. I nearly nailed my Cardio Workout on Monday and my Speed 1.0 workout on Tuesday which was SUPER encouraging. They were my best attempts for this year so
Unfortunately my sickness started getting bad so I missed Wednesday and barely made it through Total Body Circuit on Thursday and Cardio again Friday. I also missed my Ab Interval workout and my Stretch but I'm determined to catch up with them both this week.
I'm feeling optimistic and I'm loving it. I told my husband yesterday that by August I would reach goal and there was something about saying it. I felt within myself that it was true!! Not only that but it had an effect on my husband as well. I was going to eat something I shouldn't yesterday evening and he was all like "August is coming" and it stopped me in my tracks.
My eating has been really good this past week and I'm looking forward to staying on track. I've also finished unpacking and settling in so
