I've decided not to worry too much about my bone density. I'm going to keep up my strength straining, my aerobic exercise, and my active lifestyle. I'm not going to take any prescription medication for my bone density.

l really like this article and totally agree. What's the problem with us baby-boomers, that we can't just get old? We make the aging process into a punishing dis-ease when we might be happier and less discontented if we just accept that at some point then we will be going slower! Very few of us will be doing marathons at ago 80! (So I need to stop feeling like I SHOULD be doing a triathlon now and then!)
