Another intense day ahead.......

Sunday, April 27, 2014

Yesterday was quite busy, but productive and pleasant - would that all weekends be like this......

And today will be starting off in a similar fashion.....

Soon I'll be off to the March of Dimes walkathon - should be a good event (weather looks to be almost ideal - a bit cool, but that's fine.......I'll warm up fairly quickly once the walk begins)..........plans have been made for a healthy main meal........the most challenging part of this day will be the workout "holiday" I plan on for the next day or so - you see, I've been on a good workout roll so taking this rest time is a bit of a challenge here, even though my brain understands the need for rest.......

Go figure - what a "problem" to have, eh?

I *thought* I was going to do some much-desired TV catch-up last night, but I had noticed a bit of an issue with sore shins, which "nagged" my brain to tell me to head to bed instead - sooooooo, I did..........sigh............a
gain, what a "problem" to have........

There's been a bit of talk about nasty storms hitting a good chunk of the US the next few days - for those who may be impacted - please take care and stay safe!

Enjoy your Sunday, Sparkies!

I have to remind myself to rest as well.

Your March of Dimes walk-a-thon is a good thing to do!

Busy is good .... as long as you take time to rest along the way.
