Time to review the goals I had for this month and make the necessary changes to accomplish the ones I didnt. I know I really need to work on my daily steps cause Im still having a hard time reaching 10,000 steps a day.
I also need to get more fruit in daily, I do great with veggies though.
I do great with water, but my hubby is a little concerned I might be drinking to much, is that even possible? its only between 64 and 128 oz a day.
Not sure what else im changing at the moment but I know there will be a few more changes.
