Hard work takes us from high numbers. I was once 217 before I refocused and started 2012 off strong at 209. Now I'm 162.2. I'm always pushing. Slow and steady wins the race.
Yesterday, since today is SUNDAY OFFICIALLY, I met all my goals. I walked 63miles this month. I didnít walk them; I hiked these miles because I was doing high inclines and steep declines Ėsteady spikes were in my walks. My new walk path is very challenging, and I love it. Iím able to clear 4 miles when I take these paths Ėand I donít have to worry about traffic. I'm also 31 days meatless. Iím determined to keep on pushing, and I'll start workout for my [Watch Me Shrink Challenge] on 4/27.
-Squats & Abs totaling 1610 each
-Hula Hooping 4 days a week for 30mins
-Walk/hiking 40 miles
-Weight training 3 days a week (upper body)
-128oz of water per-day
-Eat or Drink 8 servings of leafy greens daily.
My daughter will be graduating from high school in the month of ďMayĒ and I didnít want to make my walking challenge over 40 miles this mouth due to all the ripping and running we must do, but I will find time for the rest. Itís a must-must for me, and when things become a must-must I remain determined.
We must remain ďfocused and determined to succeed!
