steps, food and motivation

Three times on water aerobic days I have managed to get to my 6000 step goal. Now I am trying to get closer on my non water days. It is a real challenge. But I am seeing improvement and I owe it all to my tracker.
Food, food, food - Just when I think I am doing better I start to slip, not tumble, or fall, just slip enough to keep me on this plateau - self sabotage - not as bad as it used to be when I would eat everything in sight and binge, now it is overeating just enough to stay in the same spot. At least I am seeing the problem, now I need to find the minute by minute motivation to correct the problem.
NSV - Just this month I have lost 5 inches, so the exercise is paying off, now if I can just get the portion control - I will be on the road to success
