DH picked up a stump grinder at 7, cranked it up at 7:15 and worked on stumps until 5:45.
First thing I marched out to tell him to put on safety goggles, caught my foot in a hole, fell on my knees and laid there and whimpered 'til I realized he couldn't hear me nor could anyone else. So I got myself and dusted off and went to get my own gear. After waiting around to help, I realized he didn't want me to slow his pace - so I wandered off and took pictures of flowering plants.
Then I took pictures of the old home place at the front of the property
I fetched 3 5 gallon containers of gas and then headed into the house to bake a casserole for the luncheon at church celebrating my minister's 80th birthday. DH and mom and I went to the lunch with other church members and the ministers brother and sisters and their spouses. Amazing since most of them are older than my minister. I brought back a plate for DH who was still working and didn't stop still almost 6 pm. . I finished the church bulletin and ran it back to church. Talked with a neighbor for quite a while.
Now I am tired and when I finish I am crashing.
