Walked Cooper before heading to my parents' house to make lunch. I made twice baked potatoes topped with a sprinkle of ground beef and onions, along with corn, sliced cucumbers in a low fat yogurt dressing, and red cabbage. It was very yummy. Jeremy joined us, and there was just enough for everybody. I just had juice for dinner, but also had a couple substantial snacks along the way. I don't mind feeling a little hungry during the day, but I always make sure I have a significant snack near bedtime, or I wake up hungry in the middle of the night and then watch out... I will eat anything and everything. A turkey sandwich and an apple 30-60 minutes before I head off to bed seems to curb the middle of the night munchies.
Walked Cooper 3 times like usual today, plus three walks without him and a little ST and yoga. I don't seem to be getting any more flexible, but I keep stretching anyways. Maybe someday I will see a difference. I do think it helps with back and hip pain.
No firm plans to go kayaking again in the near future. Between the chilly temps and the rain there is not much interest.
