Today I rested my leg and kept moist heat on it most of the day. I did do ankle flex and extension at different periods. Tonight I did 2 of coach Nichole's seated videos. Working at finding the balance between working my leg and resting it.
Swelling is down to grapefruit size and sporting some jaunty skin tones.
Each day will be a little better.
Going a little slower, but still going.
