I decided to go back to swimming regularly for my exercise. This is after my husband kept pushing me to do it. I can't walk fast nor run due to my bad knees.
I should have listened to him long ago.
I have been to three full swimming sessions so far and I feeling much better than I was 1-2 weeks ago.
My body measurements are already back at the smallest size I was at last year (at my highest fitness peak). My body melted. I lost a lot in my face and neck, too.
To show you what I mean, the pictures below can tell my story. The one with the glasses was taken two Fridays ago. The other one was taken last night, a Friday night.
I really should have gone back to swimming much sooner.
