For my Dad
PG &E our power company is certainly one of the least customer support company's around. I discontinued my father's gas and electric on 4/2. I handed in the keys to his apartment on 3/31. On 4/20 I got an email that his closed account was overdrawn. So I called the bank and found out that PG & E had left the power on through 4/18 racking up a bill for almost $100 while his landlord spent my dad's security deposit to paint and put down new carpet etc. Now I have to talk the landlord into taking on the bill. Spending time on the phone for PG & E' s mistake.
I still have to call the VA off ice to find out what is happening with his benefits.
I still have to find out my nephew's account info.
I talked to my nephew and he doesn't know his account number and has to find time to go to the bank since they won't give it out over the phone.
I still have to send out checks to his beneficiaries. I'm waiting for my nephew's account number so I can do it all at the same time.
His life insurance folks are supposed to snail mail me forms. It's been a week and I haven't seen them yet
