10,000 Steps - Day #3!

emoticon If you ever told me that I would (could) achieve 10,000 steps a day for 3 days in a row, I would have said you were a bit crazy. But today was day #3 and I am truly excited to have done this! My new treadmill has helped tremendously. emoticon I am so glad I got it! (NEVER thought I would say or write that either!) emoticon
