At last!!! It's TGIF! It's been a kind of slow day after the last week of busting my butt at work. There's a whole day of events for our dept on Monday and I'm the Chairperson for our little Employee Activates Committee. That means my work cube is now filled with bottled water, BBQ fixings (catchup, mustard, relish), a huge huge tub (for said water), an Easy Up tent thingie, and a box of prizes for the Team Building games. I'll only be at work for like an hour on Monday, then I have to head off to the park where we're doing this to start setup. Brownie points!!!
It might rain here tomorrow. I so love it when it rains! But we'll have to wash the cars after that. And we'll do them ourselves...with hubby's work situation..paying someone to do it isn't an option now. But that's OK...I don't mind doing it myself. Cardio!!!
So I was within calories yesterday. And so far today it's looking good. Fridays I have a Bountiful Blueberry Muffin (350 calories) with my Starbucks. Kind of a end of the week treat. So I'll have to be careful tonight at dinner. I made Loco Moco last night..comfort food for hubby, who's still sick. OH..note to self..get something this weekend to fend off whatever he has that I might get!
I did my 60 mins in the gym (65 really). I had to use my iPod Nano to count steps. I forgot my Fitbit at home...I feel so naked without it!!
I did start the S Health app on my phone but it doesn't count steps well tucked into my back pocket and I didn't even try to use it while on the treadmill today. The Nano does great. I'll manually add my steps to Fitbit later.
