It's been a busy week and I was planning to catch up with my SparkFriends & Teams today . . . but DH took an unscheduled day off and we have to go back into the city (we had the car serviced) so that'll take all day.
Anyway, I'm doing great.... down 3 pounds.
Nutrition: I've changed my eating plan, reducing carbs so that most of my carb intake comes in it's original packaging (fruit, etc.) rather than refined stuff. And I can tell the change is good as I'm already feeling better. This is an attempt to ward off the pre-diabetes curse.
Exercise: The Yoga & Qi Gong and walking/joggaling is really making a difference. Can't always do the elliptical but I am committed to the 10 minutes aerobics twice a day . . . even if it's as simple as making laps inside my house like yesterday when the rain kept me inside.
I'm missing keeping up with your blogs & team posts . . . . What's going on with you???
