Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do to make yourself take the first step to the healthy things you know you can do for yourself.
This time, what I needed to do was shut everything else out. Yesterday was pretty good. Logged in, tracked everything. Ignored everything else.
That tiny success (and I do know it's tiny) has made me feel like today I can log in, track everything, and maybe even make better food choices.
I'll take it.
