Spark Coach Activity- Long Term Goals

I almost skipped my workout today. I got so busy at work that I didn't want to even take a potty break and I was drinking lots of WATER! So, as I think about my long term goals there is one central theme that comes to mind: BALANCE.
1. I will always put my health and fitness first. No short cuts and no breaks. It is a habit like Suzymobile taking a morning walk. It just gets done.
2. I will buy clothes because I like them and not because they hide unflattering body parts.
3. I will always speak positively to myself. I looked at the returning triple chin and rolled my eyes in disgust this morning. Then I remembered that there are enough people in the world ready to judge and criticize you. The least you can do is speak kindly to yourself. Ms Most Improved is something special and beautiful at a size 8 and 18 (or 20 if it was a really long break). I know I am competitive and hyper critical of me but in the long term I will naturally speak only positivity into existence.
It's WAY past my bed time but I gotta get my Spark time in!
