Giving myself a break for a couple of weeks

The wedding is 2 weeks from Saturday, and company starts arriving a week Thursday.
I'm getting stressed trying to get everything ready, and not sleeping well. When I can't sleep, I get up and eat. I joined a challenge to burn 3500 calories each week, and have been trying to have a 500 calorie/day deficit.
It just isn't working right now, so I'm giving myself a break until things quiet down after the wedding and company has all gone home.
The most important thing is to enjoy the wedding and the company, not get over-stressed... right?
