A is for ABOVE and BEYOND - Does competition give you an extra push? Competition against others as a team makes me excited, but person competition doesnít really give me a drive unless itís against myself and bad habits.

B is for BLC rounds: Iím an oldie! This is my second round and Iíve been a Tiger both times.

C is for CHILDREN: You have? I have one son.

D is for DOWNFALL: .what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? Eating over stress.

E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Iím mostly an Early Bird! I love quiet mornings, especially in the summer with the door and windows open and that lovely fresh air coming in.

F is for FURRY FRIENDS: .you have? You had to ask --- I have six cats. I never intended to have six cats, but thatís what I have. One is a hybrid Safari, which is a cross between a Geoffroy (South American wild cat) and a domestic who I raised since he was two weeks old. The other five are a litter from a feral cat in the neighborhood that I raised since they were four weeks old and didnít have the heart to give away.

G is for GROCERIES: .what do you fill your cart with? Veggies and fruit first, then
meats and cat food. Lots of cat food.

H is for HOME: where do you call home? I live just outside Portland, Oregon.

I is for INSPIRE: .who or what is your roll model/inspiration? The Tiger Team from last BCL. They are amazing people.

J is for JOB: What do you do for a living? Iím a sales operations administrator for a midsize software firm. And working in sale keeps me hopping.

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE: What's your healthy focus when short on time? Eating healthy food

L is for LOG: Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I keep a paper journal with me as it seems easier for me to keep track over every little bite and drink.

M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Single at present.

N is for NAME: What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Itís a name Iíve used on video games for years and years..

O is for OUNCES: How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? I try to drink 80.

P is for PRODUCE: How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? I try to have at least five servings of veggies and fruit a day.

Q is for QUOTE: what's your favorite? Ohhh I have so many. ďThere are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is.Ē Albert Einstein

R is for ROUTINE: Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? At least 20 minutes five days a week, but with BLC Iíve upped that.

S is for STATURE: How tall are you? Iím a whopping 5í2Ē!

T is for TIME: What time zone are you in? Pacific Time Zone

U is for UNWIND: What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Iím a gamer. I play video games of some sort from World of Warcraft to Candy Crush. Thatís why I have to stay off the computer until I get things done!

V is for VACATION: If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? I think New Zealand

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT: Do you follow a consistent ST program? Not as consistently as I should but I really showed some increase in stamina during the last BLC.

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT: What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? An even greater increase in stamina.

Y is for YESTERDAY: Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Oh Iím a dweller!! Hehehehe

Z is for ZERO: name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? I love my Spark Tracker. For me, its very motivational.

Lots of cat food---me too! Cat food is what makes me move towards the center of the store. I am grateful that it is stocked next to cleansers! Imagine the fiasco if it were stocked next to candy!
'Tis a pleasure to meet you!

emoticon nice to meet you follow tiger!

I am jealous that you are an early bird, I have to drag myself out of bed every morning in order to get to work on time.

I was addicted to Candy Crush to the point where nothing would get done because I would play ALL the time. Phone or computer, didn't matter. Got stuck on a level a while back and haven't even thought of it. Though now I am addicted (again) to Castleville. Luckily that is only on the computer LOL

And 6 cats is not to bad. My boss had 8 and just adopted two more. My other boss had 8 but had to put 2 down, now she 6... but she doesn't clean her house like she should. THAT is when having 6 cats is bad. I have 4 and a dog, if the house bigger I'm sure I'd have more emoticon

I got drawn into Travian for 12-18 months. Now I stay away from games, even casually. I can't stop! We snuck up to 3 cats for a few years, not sure how I would go with 6! Great to be on the same team again. All the best with your BLC25 goals.

Those furbabies sure sneak up on you don't they? We just had TWO litters of puppies (same dad got both our females UGH, the dad is now FIXED!) One batch had 10 puppies, 7 survived, and the other had 8 puppies and 6 survived. At one point we had 17 dogs in our house! LOL All the puppies we were able to find good forever homes for but boy they were tough to give up. :)

Looking forward to getting to know you more this round.
