A is for ABOVE and BEYOND - Does competition give you an extra push? Competition against others as a team makes me excited, but person competition doesnít really give me a drive unless itís against myself and bad habits.
B is for BLC rounds: Iím an oldie! This is my second round and Iíve been a Tiger both times.
C is for CHILDREN: You have? I have one son.
D is for DOWNFALL: .what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? Eating over stress.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Iím mostly an Early Bird! I love quiet mornings, especially in the summer with the door and windows open and that lovely fresh air coming in.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS: .you have? You had to ask --- I have six cats. I never intended to have six cats, but thatís what I have. One is a hybrid Safari, which is a cross between a Geoffroy (South American wild cat) and a domestic who I raised since he was two weeks old. The other five are a litter from a feral cat in the neighborhood that I raised since they were four weeks old and didnít have the heart to give away.
G is for GROCERIES: .what do you fill your cart with? Veggies and fruit first, then
meats and cat food. Lots of cat food.
H is for HOME: where do you call home? I live just outside Portland, Oregon.
I is for INSPIRE: .who or what is your roll model/inspiration? The Tiger Team from last BCL. They are amazing people.
J is for JOB: What do you do for a living? Iím a sales operations administrator for a midsize software firm. And working in sale keeps me hopping.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE: What's your healthy focus when short on time? Eating healthy food
L is for LOG: Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I keep a paper journal with me as it seems easier for me to keep track over every little bite and drink.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Single at present.
N is for NAME: What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Itís a name Iíve used on video games for years and years..
O is for OUNCES: How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? I try to drink 80.
P is for PRODUCE: How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? I try to have at least five servings of veggies and fruit a day.

R is for ROUTINE: Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? At least 20 minutes five days a week, but with BLC Iíve upped that.
S is for STATURE: How tall are you? Iím a whopping 5í2Ē!
T is for TIME: What time zone are you in? Pacific Time Zone
U is for UNWIND: What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Iím a gamer. I play video games of some sort from World of Warcraft to Candy Crush. Thatís why I have to stay off the computer until I get things done!
V is for VACATION: If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? I think New Zealand
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT: Do you follow a consistent ST program? Not as consistently as I should but I really showed some increase in stamina during the last BLC.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT: What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? An even greater increase in stamina.
Y is for YESTERDAY: Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Oh Iím a dweller!! Hehehehe
