Finally hit my 2nd mini goal!

I am going to buy me a pair of nice workout shoes. I have worn through the ones that I currently have and need a good pair. If anyone has suggestions, I am open to ideas. I am mostly walking the pavement right now. I need good support and want something that won't make my heels hurt after walking a mile.

Next 10 lbs - here I come!

    As for shoes, I have a pair of New Balance cross-trainers that I wear for all types of working out and for just walking around the city (which I do a lot).
