.... Over the years... I have come to understand...
that Regrets can be very useful tools.... reminding me
that each day is a new opportunity to heal, amend,
transform, change, any regrets I may have.... In fact...
anything can be a tool... if I open MySelf to the
possibilities.... basically, I have learned it comes down
to as simple as being aware ofmy perceptions...
I allways have this NOW to make new changes
that can often times....erase many regrets...
shifting into a NOW opportunity...

I'm glad of who I am today. I guess no regrets. But not really. I've had a very difficult life, mainly due the choices I made. But God has taken it all, forgiven me, and has chosen to bless me in my golden years. It's too bad I have all the bad memories along with the good. I guess i need them to ensure I don't repeat them. This subject is a very bittersweet one for me. The best I can do is chose not to think about them but to remember the good ones. There are a lot of those after all. I rejoice in this day! emoticon

Wonderful blog. I agree. Can't look with regret on the things we see now weren't the best, but learn lessons!

Learning from mistakes is all we can do. We are always better for it. emoticon

Well said! Rather than "regrets" or "mistakes", I look at mine as "life lessons." As long as we keep learning and growing, that is what is important.

So many people look back at their past "mistakes" and truly regret them, I found that those now called mistakes are what you wanted to do then. You had an experience. You did what you thought you had to do. Right, wrong or indifferent, it is what you wanted to do. We can only look back and gain experience from those "mistakes." We are stronger because of our experiences not weaker. Live life!
