Milestones.

This has been a week of milestones for me. Monday was my 9th anniversary of quitting smoking. Today was my two-year anniversary of being at my job. Today also marks being on Phase 1.5 for THIRTY DAYS. This doesn't even count the two weeks that I was on Phase One. I can hardly believe that I've stuck with each of these things, and for so long. I tend to give up (a lot) on this kind of thing. I would LOVE to be able to add "finally reached my goal weight" to this list of accomplishments.

SBD -- Phase 1.5, Day 30

Breakfast: crunchy peanut butter, almond milk, three boiled eggs (three whites only, 3/4 of one yolk).

Lunch: turkey and cheese rollups, string cheese, medium apple, three bites of great northern beans, skim milk.

Dinner: rotisserie chicken breast, zucchini noodles with onions, mushrooms, and garlic with a creamy sauce (avocado, garlic, lemon juice, basil), caffeine-free Diet Coke.

Dessert: sugar-free chocolate pudding with sugar-free Cool Whip.

Snacks: string cheese, crunchy peanut butter.

Activity: 34 minute walk.

I REALLY hope I get to my first two goals by the end of April! They just happen to be the same goal: lose 10% of my body weight, and to get below 200. I feel like I'm doing what I can. I wish I could workout a little harder, but my back is still not 100% better, so I can't push myself as hard as I want to...BUT...I'm doing what I can, and I feel great about that! I'm proud that I'm doing what I can. I've been walking after work. I'm hoping maybe this weekend I will be ready to do a harder workout.

    Wow!!! That time has seemed to flash by. WYG on sticking to your goals and making headway for such a streak. I also give up a lot and often but if you can do that, then so can I. Some changes are about to take place for me too. Saturday is my BD and I am starting to change a few things that day. Let's get healthy,
