Lost 900 grams. Woo, finally.
Feeling good after getting a lower number.
Public holidays have thrown out my exercise routine this week, keep sleeping in, instead of getting up to exercise. Reset next week.
Realised anew how much I love vegetables, so I've been eating heaps. I'm not really a fruit person, have to be in the mood.
We were given some free-range organic chicken breast on Sunday, and boy did it taste good. Not sure if it was how I cooked it or if the free-range organic-ness of it made it that way. Happy chickens = happy tummies?
