I started the day with some lower body/core work using Fitness Blender. Later this morning, my daughter said she'd like to try running! So, we changed clothes, put on some tennis shoes, and headed out. We ran and walked and ran and walked... By the way, she's a much faster runner than I am! We were going at a pace of 8:45-9:45 when we ran! But, they were short runs. And... she decided she doesn't like running.
Anyway, we completed a mile in about 12:30 even with a lot of slow walking. Ha! My husband's work is crazy this week so I didn't get to run early this morning or tonight like I'd planned. I'm hoping to run tomorrow morning. If not, we will have to hit the gym! I've got to get my run in!
I didn't burn as many calories as planned, but I did more than planned yesterday. And, I've now tracked food 3 days in a row & am doing wonderful! Even after the power went out for several hours today so we went out for lunch. I chose a healthy sandwich at Subway & a glass of water.
Day 59... WORKOUT COMPLETE!!
