The SP 28 day Bootcamp Challenge Day 1

So last night I was inspired to really try harder and exercise more. I was looking around on the Spark Teams page to see if there were fitness teams around that can really help push me and challenge me to try and work out everyday, at least a little bit everyday...

I found the Official SP 28Day Bootcamp challenge where you join the team, and SP coaches have given us a program to follow! HOW GREAT IS THAT?!? If you would like to join me..here's the link to the team!

Since I joined late last night, i didn't start my Day 1 Challenge until now. It was a great 10 minute cardio workout with Coach Nicole!. It wasn't super hard, and if you're new to exercising or have difficulty doing some of the movements, she will have modifications for you too! I love it!

    It all starts at Day 1!!!

    I read your background and we have similar histories. I was down to my goal weight in 2011 & part of 2012. Since then, the scale has been going up & up! I'm ready to conquer this weight issue... and make it final!
