I wrote my first blog yesterday. In that blog I said if it's raining I had stairs available. I finally went and did it! One it made me realize how out of shape I am. Two it was a great feeling when I was done! It is these small achievements that are leading to a great change in attitude and wellness. I saw a posting on the spark people Facebook page about not saying anything negative. It has been hard and I have slipped a couple of times but positive thinking really makes me feel better.
