My journey has been up and down the past 5 years I weighed in the highest ever at 280 when My first daughter was 1 month old (the before photo) I was stressed nervous first time parent who was also enjoying marriage and love. We liked to eat.
I started doing the 30 day shred dvds and watching our diet more I got to 200 lbs and got pregnant with my 2nd baby in 2010. I delivered her at 255 . I went back to 30 day shred / insanity type dvd and got back down to the LOWEST i had seen 168-175 range was happy and healthy
I decided to celebrate with pin up photos and was so happy and proud of myself!!
#3 HAPPENED I was terrified i would balloon back up this time i was detemined to have a healthy gain and stay fit I was 175 when I got pregnant in 2013

I delivered at 215 I was happy with that number and knew I could loose again. In august we decided to go PALEO We cut dairy grain soy sugar and ate meat nuts seeds fruit and veggies and are NOW smaller then ever I am down to 158/162 range and my husband from 356 to 275 ! :) I love it!
i was worth the effort!
I just started a boot camp workout its 5:30-6:30 am tuesday and thursday now thru june! BATHING SUIT HERE I come
