back at this again

I am giving spark coach a go again. I took a break but I need to hold myself accountable. It helps to keep me focused on my goals.

I'm doing a lot of reading about paleo, low carb, etc. I'd like to try this easy of eating, but I still have some cultural restraints that keep me from jumping straight on in. I'll just keep focusing in on healthy foods, and not stress about it when I do have bread, etc. But my eventual goal is to try to completely give up the wheat and other grains. I really do want to test it and see if it makes a difference.

    Paleo is the only thing that works for me, although right now I'm only about 90%...working on getting back up to 99%. Do what works for you :)

    Oh, it makes a difference alright, all good! Check out this thread from the Living Low Carb team (sort it from oldest to newest - the older posts had the most comprehensive lists of good things!)

    I have done some reading and I do not think I could do it. I do limit the amount of bread I have and what I have is high quality. I think a combo of various diets is one way for people to figure out what will work for them in the long run. Good luck and keep us posted! emoticon
