I am giving spark coach a go again. I took a break but I need to hold myself accountable. It helps to keep me focused on my goals.
I'm doing a lot of reading about paleo, low carb, etc. I'd like to try this easy of eating, but I still have some cultural restraints that keep me from jumping straight on in. I'll just keep focusing in on healthy foods, and not stress about it when I do have bread, etc. But my eventual goal is to try to completely give up the wheat and other grains. I really do want to test it and see if it makes a difference.
