Well it's been a while and as usual I fell back into old habits and ways of living. Eat too much, eat wrong types and times, and am pretty sedentary. I know all to well the fruit of my labor is extra weight, fatigue, and general all around having a poor attitude. Then Bob......
Turns out a family member, who has far exceeded my meager attempts of unhealthy lifestyle choices, has been in the hospital of late. Seeing him on the bed in the critical care unit unable to breathe because of fluid built up around his lungs and heart was an eye opener. Not to mention, but I am, seeing how diabetes has ravaged his feta, I am very motivated to make some lifestyle changes now!
So this is my time line moving forward, Post Bob (PB).
I have just secured a fishing kayak so I get a lot more exercise now when fishing.
I have got up and started working more in the yard, that's hear stuff at this point.
I am back to tracking food intake, and making better choices.
I continue to track all my steps taken in a day.
So here I go......weeeeee
