Still trying to get my Spark back

Back to day 1 of my logging streak.

I had the Spark for 6 whole months, and then I dropped it and seem not to be able to find it for more than a couple of days at a time.

Even a team challenge, which is my favorite thing, isn't able to get me on track.

Frustrating!

    I'm a big fan of 'fake it til you make it' and going back to the basics: tracking food, exercise, water, sleep. I think they are basics because they WORK!! Don't wait until you 'feel' it - JUST DO IT!! Easier said than done, I know - but I also know it is doable - because I've done it LOTS of times in the 6 years of my weight loss journey!! That includes 2-1/2 years in maintenance - but its been necessary sometimes during those years too!! Hard? YES! Worth it?? OH YES!! emoticon emoticon

    Don't stress, it's there......look at small things & be easy on yourself...it doesn't have to be all or nothing (spark on or off). Pick a couple of streaks to work on. 10 glasses of water a day & 10 minutes a day, something like that to build on & not feel too overwhelmed.

    some times we just have to do things weather the spark is there or not.for example you get up out of bed,you go to work even when you donīt want to.you do the dishes etc,etc.you donīt nessacary feel motivated to do theese things but you do.put the same principles to a healthy lifestyle and just do it till eventually it becomes second nature like cleaning your teeth.you can do this love emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
