I finished 15 weeks on Sunday, of dieting and exercising. Only lost about .4 but that's alright! I went for a two hour hike on Sunday and it was great. Here's the rest of the week.

Tuesday: Cardio Party 2

Wednesday: Fat Burner

Thursday: 3T

    We went somewhere in Murfreesboro and it's not very popular, so it was nice not to be around a ton of people! Normally we go to Natchez Trace or Edwin Warner.

    I think that when you get close to your goal you lose a lot slower, so I think that .4 is a great loss for a week! Where did you hike? I can't wait to get this test done so we can do some hiking!
