This video is showing Dr. Peter Attia, from doing a very hard workout while in ketosis. So much for the argument that we need to eat carbs to have energy.

    It also will kill cancer too because carbs feed cancer but when you cut out the carbs our body adapts to the other source and feeds our body but the cancer can not adapt to it so it dies.

    LOL! While I kind of approve of these kinds of practical moves for getting a workout I just hate the fact that people waste all that energy and don't actually accomplish anything. We need to harness the power of CrossFit and channel it into cleaning up decrepit neighborhoods!!

And no, you don't need carbs to accomplish that. What's fat for if not to burn for energy?

    I believe if we don't have carbs for energy, our bodies will it from our muscles. I'm trying to maintain my muscles, not use them for energy.
