Monthly Measurements

So it has been a month sense I took my measurements. For me to stay on track I have to weight weekly and take measurements monthly, it works for me. So her are the measurements.

Last Month- This Month

Hips: 57 inches - 56.5 inches
Thigh: 28.5 inches- 30 inches
Arm: 16.5 inches- 15.5 inches
waist:51 inches- 49.5 inches

So my scale may say that I am down 3 pounds and that's great, but losing these inches is much better.
