Beginning week #6

It is hard to get enough calories in at times. It is not for lack of trying, but I just can't seem to get it consistently to exactly where I would like it to be. I am feeling full all the time. It is hard to believe that I didn't feel that full, when I was shoveling calories with not too much nutritional value in my mouth. What a change for me. I mean really a HUGE change. Would I like to eat some of what I did....the answer is...'you bet ya'...will I??? No, at least not for now. I'm in a race with myself to not only eat healthy but to exercise and get to goal weight. I have a goal I posted, but that is not my 'real' goal. It will take a few months to achieve.
I don't like to miss my exercise and plan my day around the weather, to get it in. I like to do all of my exercise outdoors if at all possible. Anyway, I'm off to week #6 on fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, grains... I've checked out cookbooks, created my own recipes and borrowed others from friends. Meanwhile, I still cook my husband a dinner, because he is not eating the same. He works so hard, he needs the additional calories and I don't mind at all. If I make a dessert or something special, I get someone to try it because I don't. I'm pretty excited about lose clothes and firmer places on me. That is all for now
