Yay, I'm so happy to have gotten rid of five pounds this first week back on track with food and exercise! I can see and feel the difference.
Two inches off my waist. An inch off my hips. Half an inch off my thigh.
I've been sticking to my eating plan and doing a variety of exercises daily (trying to do a different dvd each day -been using some to try from Netflix too).
Above all that, I just love the way I FEEL. I have so much more energy and alertness that I didn't have before (though I notice that seems to be especially when I follow a certain little book for healthy smoothies).
I'm off to walk the dogs!
