Okay, so the official end of week 2 is tomorrow, but my motivation was given a bit of rocket fuel this morning. I just couldn't wait to weigh in. Six pounds! I know most of that is water weight, but it makes me feel like I am doing something right!
With several slips and cheats this week, I STILL had a loss. That is awesome! I feel super good today knowing that I am on my way to a healthier, more energetic me.
