Food Tracking

Tracking my food has been an eye opening experience. Even with being careful it is easy to overdo it. Every day I learn something new like: jelly filled doughnuts aren't worth it, full fat cheese adds up quick, and labels should be read carefully on granola bars. Tracking helps me make wiser choices and that should lead to a healthier life. emoticon
