Day 5: I EXERCISED.

It turned out hanging out with my friend was nothing to worry about. In fact, it was a really good idea. We ended up going on a walk for two and a half miles, so I finally got in my first bit of exercise since I started up Sparkpeople. :)

Since I exercised, Sparkpeople allowed me to eat a little more. It was nice because I was able to have a snack instead of just two meals. There's no way for me to really break up my meals because my college charges by the dollar, so if I would only eat half of it, I would have to buy it four times and spend twice as much on food a day. But this is working out for me so far, so I can't complain.

Easter's coming up and I'm worried I'm going to overindulge when all that candy, ham, and other Easter food is surrounding me. Any advice on how I should handle this?

    Great on walking and as for the candy just think of it on your hips and other parts of the body and then ask yourself if that it where you want it to end up.

    If you get any good advice pass it on to me! I'm worried about it too. But you might think about joining one of the spark people challenges. It might help you to stay focused. emoticon
