Keep exercising - Add healthier meal plans

I have made exercise a regular part of my routine. It has had such a positive effect on my mood and mindset that I keep doing it. I have not lost as much weight as I would like but I know that I need to change what I am eating and how much I am eating. One step at a time and I will keep going.
I am not dieting , I am making changes to my lifestyle that is doable and for the better. The minute I say I am not going to eat something or not drink this- that's exactly what I end up eating or drinking.
My last post, I wrote about the link to health and better finances. My husband and I are on track to getting ourselves fit financially and health wise.
I still have a hard time balancing - work, family, school, and time to workout- plan meals. I have had the week off and still didn't get everything done. My list is never done and too long for 1 person to complete in a day or week but it keeps me focused on what needs to get accomplished. I need to figure out an easier way. I am going to prioritize my week- kids schedules, husbands work week and see what I can do to better plan.
Next Goal- set up monthly calendar , write out schedule, plan meals and workouts.
