end of week one

I felt happy when I stepped on the scale on Wednesday, 4.6 lbs lost. But I'm not fooling myself, the first week is always the most weight loss for me.
Biggest challenge for me is including fitness on days I work.
I am looking for local fitness groups to join to keep me motivated and accountable.
