I've been going out to run every weekday morning since last Monday. Today was not my best run, nor my best time, but I kept pushing through it and I finished it, and I am proud of myself for that. Previously, I would have given up and walked the rest home, but I didn't. I walked for as long as I needed to and then went back to running.
I have 25 days of 10000+ steps and 8+ cups water behind me! WOOOOOOHOOOOO!
