I missed posting yesterday but am continuing my 2nd rise and shine challenge.
I start the day with a morning walk and am aiming to increase my time each day to get up to an hour's exercise to start the day.
The second part of the challenge is to eat a healthy breakfast and for the most part I stick to the same breakfast for a week or so. This week it is a slice of whole grain bread with some kind of protein (peanut butter, ham, chicken - whatever I have in the fridge) and I always have a half of banana with it.
